Gayo Arabica is available in Full Wash (most commercially available), Natural (sun-dried), Honey/Yellow Honey, and Wine process. Full Wash produces a clean, bright, citric cup. Natural adds fruity, berry, wine character. Wine process is specialty-only with intense fermented fruit notes.
